Just like the Wisc call that fouled out their player at the end on a loose ball. Both calls were good. No longer should players think they can haul off and blast an opponent just because it is a loose ball.

Nova was the better team for the majority of the night. Did a great job taking Ellis out of the game.

They were the better team, but I still can't believe that Villanova actually won. Very cool to see the Wildcats back in the Final Four and I will be cheering for them to win it all. Win it for Rollie.

I agree with Rec, Nova was better and deserved to win. Still though, surprised Kansas isn't in the final 4

Loose ball gives you no more leeway to get away with a foul than if one team has clear possession. It's no different than going for a rebound! A pet peeve of mine for 49 years is how the refs generally allow players to go right thru, hold, or jump on top of opponents when there is a loose ball. Reffing in this tourney is giving me hope that they are moving more to calling it like it should be! Now if they would more often call offensive players for initiating contact, especially when the defender goes up vertical.slingshot4ever;1789105 wrote:As they go for loose ball? That is a no call

Yep, mine lived longer than it had any right to, due to everyone else mostly sucking in my group, but Kansas was the final kick in the nads that put it down for the count.FatHobbit;1789120 wrote:There goes my bracket

This helps mine. I may sweep, pending the rest of the games.

Did you not have a chance to edit your bracket between the broken hand and Cal's first game?Laley23;1789135 wrote:This helps mine. I may sweep, pending the rest of the games.

No. Went to bed early Wednesday because we had the noon game Thursday. Had to be up at 6am to get onsite and didn't check Twitter until all our stuff was ready for air. So, saw it about 10am, but not enough downtime to go in and fix anything. Pissed me off, causenineouldve had Kansas and Nova. But probably Kansas winning.GOONx19;1789139 wrote:Did you not have a chance to edit your bracket between the broken hand and Cal's first game?

How do you not have any players left in your pick em? Didn't trust your picks or your bracket contest have a ton of participants?Laley23;1789135 wrote:This helps mine. I may sweep, pending the rest of the games.
