Also, Kansas playing in the Louisville regional rather than Chicago is absurd.
Why isn't ku playing in Chicago? I read on here they should be there.

Yeah, I was fully expecting KU in the Midwest. Jay Williams even brought it up with 1.5 hr flight vs 4 hours

In the Sweet 16/Elite 8 they would play in Louisville since they got sent to the South rather than the Midwest.

Rovell tweeted so many are mad because they bought up a ton of tickets for that region

Actually, they finished 6th. Louisville wasn't eligible for post-season play.

I realize that Carolina, UVA, and Miami all obviously have a better body of work, but ND is #22 on the overall list by the committee. They basically have the same record as Duke, finished higher in the regular season standings, and beat Duke twice, yet they're a #6 seed in arguably the toughest bracket. Meanwhile, Duke is a 4 seed with a great draw once again.

Great quotes I had to dig up after saying how MSU was a national title team in January during their 3 game losing streak

Again, there are teams you probably who you have never seen play, that man for man, blow MSU's talent out of the water. Look at some teams like California, LSU, UCLA, Connecticut, many others.
Azubuike24;1779034 wrote:They can win 20 games in a row it doesn't change the fact that they don't have top 25 talent in college basketball.

We'll see in 2-3 years how many Spartans circa 2015-16 are in the NBA...

MSU is severely lacking talent. Davis is probably their only NBA guy with Valentine having a shot. Coaching matters though and they have one of the greatest ever. Lsu has more talent, but they suck cause thier coach sucks. Florida state has more God given talent. Same with lots of teams...with bad coaches.

It would be great if they could win another title.

My question is how does UK get a 4 and A&M a 3? Couldn't they have just switched them after today's game?

No no it wouldn't. But the committee once again gave them a cake walk to get there.

He still thinks Denzel Valentine is an elite prospect.

They should have, but they wanted that IU/UK game so bad that they just couldn't help themselves.

They're set up perfectly to make a run. If they win, though, I will lose my damn mind. You already knew that though. lol

This.....they factor entertainment more than fairness (this is not all surprising)....I think I would have UK and A&M both as 3's. ND a 4 or 5 and Duke a 6.

Set up nicely but my hopes aren't up. I fully expect UNC Wilmington to be a tough outfit Duke. In that same regional I think Yale will be a tough out for Baylor in Rhode Island.

Duke did beat two #1 seeds already this year (UNC & UVA).

Never said that. But this is a national championship level team, you and laley said they didn't have Top 25 talent. Izzo is good, he isn't that good

Define talent? I define it by future pros and recruiting rankings. Obviously that doesn't always correlate with how the college team plays. I'd still argue I could find 25 teams who have more future pros and/or higher rated overall recruiting on their current roster than MSU.
