I like the way AZU broke down the payouts. Although maybe get rid of PPG and just move that money around.

I'd do this, with the $80 more to work with...
Added $20 to 1st/2nd and $10 for 3rd to get money back. Then $10 to highest scorer and $20 highest average of 3 games minimum because those two are the more important ones of the "specialty" payouts and not as dumb luck as a single game could be.
