Bengals could indirectly come out as first round losers because all their WR choices went off the board before their pick, including in picks 21, 22, and 23.

Really like the William Jackson III pick. Still a lot of WR talent left so they can either trade up to get a guy or wait for someone to fall to them.

Didn't like how the WR's went, but the Bengals had to have partly taken Jackson because he was the Steelers guy. The Steelers reached the most of anyone in the round thus far.

Why do you say that? They needed a CB and the best one left after Jackson was Burns.

Also with all the DT/DE's falling I'm even more ok with the Cowboys taking Elliott at 4. Hopefully they can get one of them in the 2nd round.

Kenny Clark... was not expecting that. Would have expected Reed, Robinson, Jones all to go before him.

Well I'm not saying they didn't need CB, I'm saying the Bengals just picked the BPA and it happened to be who Pittsburgh was taking...

You said the Steelers reached the most so far in the first round. Just didn't understand that comment at all. Burns, if the Steelers didn't take him probably goes to KC or Arizona.

I'm going to say the 49ers trading up for Garnett is the biggest reach. I would have said the biggest reach before this was the Raiders taking Joseph at 14.

Ragland, Jack, Reed, Robinson, Dodd, Spence. I'd be happy if the Cowboys got any of these guys with their 2nd round pick. Also makes me a lot happier with them taking Elliott at 4.

Pissed Carolina didn't take Vonn Bell to help replace Norman. Wanted OSU to tie miamis first round record.

He's just a dick. He refuses to acknowledge that he acts more as a dictator than a commissioner. When asked about giving up some of his penalty powers, he said he never will. That's a power the commissioner has always had. Said that he gets a lot of shit for handing out penalties but he's just doing it for the integrity of the game and he doesn't plan on changing. You know, to protect the integrity of the game.

Was anyone really impressed with Robert Nkemdiche's post-pick interview?

Still early on of course, and I don't know who still is out there as I am not a draft guru, but they still do need WR help. Getting the bpa is great and all but I think they have a glaring need. The window in the NFL is so short and I believe they needed more immediate help at WR than CB. If they address the WR position with adequate guys going forward then this argument is moot. As a steelers fan it stunk they took the guy they were likely going to take, but also good happy they bypassed on a WR.

Well, Yahoo gave them a D+ and said there were a lot better players than who they picked and that he wasn't really a first-round talent. If Azu's right and Cincy did take the guy they wanted, then congrats to them. Cincy needs to occasionally get a meaningful win if they want to have a rivalry!

Huge fan of Sterling Shepard, I would like to see Cincy make him a RD2 priority, even if they have to trade up.

Did anyone else notice anything odd about when the cameras were on Paxton Lynch?
