Hillary. Trump scares the hell out of me, and he's a dangerous combination of know-it-all stupid.

Although I do believe this is all an extension of the character he played on the Apprentice. Even if it is real estate, I have a hard time believing he gets the deals done he does if he actually acts like he does on the campaign trail. So I have my suspicions that he's nothing like the uncompromising ideologue he himself portrays, and could actually be effective at working out deals with both sides.

However, you only have to hear him speak to know he's just not that intelligent. Smart people with his education are simply much, much more articulate.

Hillary may be a liar and a crook, but she'd have plenty of company and I think would ultimately be effective. I may not like her policies, but she's infinitely more qualified than Rubio, Cruz and Trump....those three might as well be Establishment Obama, Right-wing Obama, and stupid Obama.

Nobody really knows what a Trump presidency would look like. We have never elected a person that is going to make decisions based on common sense and business sense. His thought process may be way better than Hillary basing all her decisions based on politics.

Although I kind of respect his outspoken manner, I can't vote for the guy based on many reasons, and this is one of them. There's already too many "deals" struck in DC and now we want a guy who is vowing to continue it. Hmm.... yeah, no.

No we elect politicians that make all decisions with a political point of view. All decisions are based on keeping or maintaining power in DC. Trump wont do that. Remember, he cant be bought.

Soooo, now that it's Trump vs Hillary, does anyone think Trump has an actual shot at winning? I feel like this is going to be the biggest blowout in history. And I am definitely no fan of Hillary.

Most likely a blowout, but a few things could help Trump out. The emails for starters, but knowing how the government works, I doubt anything comes out of them.

I'll make my final judgement when I see the full ticket.

I really don't know. I didn't think Trump would even finish top 10 in the GOP field and he ended up stomping to the nomination. I will not underestimate him.

gosh a ruddies one of the glaring examples of the divide between the parties leadership and the feelings of the electorate are on the issue of free trade as seen by the support for Sanders and Trump.

Can't underestimate Hillary's ability to blow it nor Trump's very real appeal to working class voters but I think it looks good for Hillary at the moment. But look, 38k jobs last month and the Fed committed to normalize? Could be a recession in the works before November that turns everything against Hillary.

Nothing would surprise me after this past year.

Just sucks knowing my vote will mean very little. This country is such a corrupt two party system. Third party votes are so meaningless. But I don't think I could bring myself to vote for Trump or Hillary. Like, physically, I don't think I could click their names on my voting screen.

I'm not sure how you arrive at it being 'corrupt' when we just witnessed a complete outsider, non-politician, non-party established individual rise directly to the top of the ticket. You may not like him, you may not like the republican party, but I don't think 'corrupt' is a fair descriptor at all. Maybe it is for the democrat party and its super delegate process, but ....

The dude isn't an actual outsider. He's been playing the game since the last Clinton was in office at least. Sure, he's not held a political office up to this point, but don't think for a second that it makes him an outsider.

Let's be honest. Our vote means very little anyway, regardless of who we vote for. The idea that one person's vote will swing an election between either of the two major candidates is pretty far-fetched even without a third-party option.
