I will never learn to ride a horse or ski.

Hope this helps.

The only female members I'm aware of are fab4runner, power I and centerbhsfan. Did I miss any?

I'm pretty sure that Isadore is a woman.

As for the list, the things I don't like:

A man who can't change his own oil. Grow out of the diapers, already.
I don't like scrawny guys at all, but when a man don't know when to shove off from the table it is highly disgusting. (that actually goes for women, too)
Braggarts
Educated fools/read a lot of things but cannot practice any of it (this goes for women, too)
Men with very soft hands (can't or won't do anything). Or small hands. Eww!
Men who are cocky, with nothing to show for it.
Men who can't change a tire (I've met several of them, although to be fair they've mostly been under 40)

What I do like:
Men who can cook.
Men who aren't afraid to get dirty.
Men who don't care about their cell phones, it's not important to them (they'd rather look up and out rather than down all the time).
Men who know how to drive duelies.

When they can't keep their back tires on their own side of the road.

Ah! That makes sense. I was thinking more along the lines of backing a trailer and thought you worded that strange.

do people own automatic sports cars?
Yeah...they are called women. ;)
Men who can't change a tire (I've met several of them, although to be fair they've mostly been under 40)
I agree with this.
A real man should know not to let his masculinity be defined by someone else's arbitrary list of characteristics.
Props for this. A real man does what he thinks is right and is not defined by what others think.

Things I love about my husband and now I couldn't live without:

He's bigger than me. I'm 5'10" so therefore his 6'3" tallness is a must.
He's very handy. He can actually do pretty much anything. Plumbing, electrical, welding etc. Except he doesn't do drywall. And that's ok.
He cooks. He's been at a few fire houses where he's been the cook. He can cook anything, just makes enough for 12 grown men.
He's a fireman. ;-)
Babies and kids love him.
He can drive anything. Fire trucks, semi's, campers.
He plays real sports. Softball and basketball. Golf and bowling if he needs to. No horseback riding. It seems a little ghey unless you're a cowboy.
Cuts and splits our firewood.

I'm a good wife and mother and that makes him happy.

I loved having a manual in college, I had my car there freshman yr and would CONSTANTLY get up to borrow my car. All I'd have to say is it's a manual, boom problem solved. No more ppl asking to borrow my car.
That's an excellent point haha. I used that all the time. Flip side is when your're hungover as hell and a neighbor or roomate needed your car moved to get out.

Yes, but completely different concepts. I attempted to ski a few times before I got into snowboarding. It was a disaster, like embarrassingly bad.

I can't water ski for shit either, face planted over and over and over.

Hanging with some friends last night made me think of this thread. Not to suggest that all kitchen duties belong to women, but if you are an adult woman you should know how to fucking cook...SOMETHING. My friend's gf is in her mid-twenties, from a huge traditional Italian family, yet her kitchen skills max out at toasting a bagel. It's unbelievable.

Everyone should learn how to cook, especially if you start to care what you put in your body.

When I snow or water ski in front of women I like to imagine they think I'm kinda like James Bond.

They are probably wondering how a deadbeat found his way on skis.
