One thing that kind of pisses me off about the offense is that they keep "flip flopping" RB's and do this "committee" bullshit. Stick with ONE back (Turbin) and pound him 20+ times a game to get him in a groove. If Manziel is starting against AZ, they are going to need to show some kind of running attack to keep the Cards D-Line from pinning their ears back and blitzing. Even if the run isn't yielding a lot, don't give up on it. I think they give up on the run way too soon.

I'd also like to see them throw these younger guys in to see what they've got. If Erving's your "center of the future", PLAY him. Play Campbell instead of Whitner....Hell, even put that scrub Gilbert in at CB to see if he's worth keeping.

I have no problem with that, if he can 1) play and 2) stay sober. If he continues to be the turnover machine he's been in his limited appearances, they will lose and lose big. That's the stat that separates the winners and losers, not quarterback rating.

Big surprise here...Joe Thomas said he didn't hold the guy on the Browns best offensive play yesterday. LMFAO. Most over rated OT in the history of the league.

Cueball continues to dig his own grave in announcing McClown will start Sunday if healthy. The guy really has no clue. The smart crowd knows that if he continues to lose with McClown, he will be coaching high school football with his dad next year. His days as a d coordinator are definitely history in the NFL.

Ummmm..q back rating factors in interceptions SFB's.

But not fumbles. Include them as picks and what's his rating - 60?

The stat that matters (1:1 TD to turnover) is a losing performance.

McCown has had his share of fumbles too. How do you rack up the passing yards and completion % and still not get the ball in the end zone?

Thank God McCown hasn't fumbled this season.

McCown's QB rating is 96.1. Since that's the one stat you constantly cherry-pick to praise Johnny, I'd think you'd be more respectful of the veteran's contributions, especially since he came by his rating due to a large sample size, as opposed to a handful of quarters. Or at least, maybe for five seconds, use your brain to realize that harping on one number is really, really, really, really, really, really stupid.

Why are you quoting me on something about McCown? This is the first post I've typed his name.

Because he must vigorously defend any perceived attack against his unrequited lover Manziel. If that means doing so in a befuddling and irrational way, so be it.
