McCown is terrible and this offense is so bland.

McCown is hurt.

It's time for Johnny. We only need 6 field goals in the final 3:40 to tie it up. Get it done.

It would be just Johnny's luck to finally be getting another chance to play and then have Roger suspend him under the league's personal conduct policy for beating up his girlfriend in that incident.

If the Rams were Johnny's GF he could probably "beat" them.

I'll here all week...tip your wait staff.

There's no way they can go back to McCown next week. Gotta roll with Manziel at some point. No time like now.

I agree, but the reporting has been that Johnny might get the wrath of the league at some point because of the emphasis on domestic violence.

It could be Austin Davis time just long enough for McCown to come back and win some meaningless games.

Arizona, Cincy, Pittsburgh (with the Rapist back) next 3 games.

This season might start spiraling completely out of control quite quickly.

How did McCown go 26/32 and they only score 6 points?

I think I was wrong with the 3-13 prediction. Not sure I see another "W" on this schedule. I thought it was going to be bad but not inept.

Wasn't able to watch this game (driving back to Chicago from Columbus). Sounds like I chose a good game to miss. Sheesh

Start Johnny and get rid of Pettine

Manziel will throw 3 touchdown passes, log a 99.5 qb rating, win the game by double digits and then Cueball will name the quarterback who is 2-15 over his last 17 games as the starter the following week.. Wait and see. Seen that movie before.

People want to blame Farmer for all the misery. But it's Cueball that makes the player decisions. Maybe Orchard and Irving are studs and Pettine won't play them in order to get Farmer fired. It's plain as the nose on one's face he is/was wrong on Dion Lewis and Johnny Manziel.

If he plays like his stats, which you appear to want, he would also turn the ball over three times, which almost guarantees getting blown the fuck out.

Dan Campbell in Miami is going to make life difficult for Mike Pettine.

Haslam has to be able to see what happens when you replace the flat lining incompetence with someone who at least makes his players care about playing football again.

Same group of guys suddenly stop looking like bums just by getting rid of the idiot in charge.

"Brilliant" observation but this is a ship full of idiots. Who do you suggest they replace him with? O'Neil? Flip? Those whole group, except the special teams coach, is incompetent.

Barring some miraculous turnaround, Pettine & this group (hopefully Farmer too) will be gone after week 17. There's nobody on staff I'd trust to turn the head coaching gig over to mid-season.

MCown is turning the ball over at an even more rapid clip.

I think Flip has done a damn good job this year given the talent he has to work with.

Manziel is going to be the quarterback for the Browns for 10 years....but first they have to fire Cueball. Better get used to it.

Flip has earned the right to be the interim head coach. The sooner they ax Pettine, the better.

I'll bet you Manziel is off the Browns roster before 2025 :)

What makes teams "Elite" in the NFL is the ability to overcome things like fumbles, and win a game. We are NOT elite in that way....

Needless to say, as good as we looked on Defense at times today, the offense struggles, we are like the little engine that could, if the whole damn engine could "think they could" we wouldnt be half bad. But McCown slides on the damned concrete, and makes a boo boo. UGH
