3:15 is not remotely close to "sub 3 hours". It's more than a 30 second pace difference.

I hit my goal of walking 5 miles a day.....part of which was done while pacing during the Browns game.

I grilled some chicken and mowed my yard.

I think it's good to know that CC has something he's good at. As from his years posting here, the Huddle, etc., we all know that formulating intelligent thoughts is well beyond his abilities. Everyone needs to be able to say they're skilled at something.
