I cant stand Katie from the back and bi's workout. "I'm doing corn-cobs, I feel goooood" something about that chicks voice annoys the hell out of me.

I just started my second 90 days this week. Took a month off and was pretty sore after plyo. Started at 236, now am 208. Kept to the diet during the month off and still lost 5 pounds.

Good Luck. It wasn't day 1 that was tough for me. It was the day after I did day 2 plyo that was tough for me. It is a great workout.

I really wish I had time to do this. I do an hour group work out that's pretty hard core, at least for me, 5 times a week. A friend of mine in the barracks just bought this and wants to do it as a group. I'm not sure I can do both work outs. I'm already pretty dead tired having to go to school for 8 hours after the PT session.

I'm trying p90x. Even though I have to change some of the workouts due to my disability it is a freakin killer. I can feel it all through out my body.

Have any of you guys tried Insanity along with P90x? I finish my first round of P90x on Saturday and I'm looking to mix it up for round 2, I've bought some heavier dumbbells as well.

Any advice for those of you that have done them both?

P90X to build strength, stamina and for weight loss. Insanity to lose weight and get crazy cardivascular fitness. Both are very very good at what they are for. I've done 4 rounds of X and have a few Insanity discs. P90X is still by far the best "overall" workout. Try P90X plus or Tony's One on One's if your looking for something different but in the same relm of X. Xplus is very good!

I've been posting a quote each time I do a routine.

Did you do anything differently in rounds 2,3 and 4? I'm starting round 2 on Monday with some heavier weights. I think I'm going to to doubles as well. I know a few people that switched to bands for round 2, just curious to see what you did.
