Just started P90X2 last night! The next 89 days are gonna be brutal. This really expands on the original X. I have Plyocide tonight which is the original Plyo on steroids. I can't wait to see my results after this. I was in great shape after two rounds of X, so I really think X2 will take it to a whole new level.

I see that Beachbody is coming out with a new program that sounds intriguing called "Les Mills Pump." It will be the first BB program, to my knowledge, that will incorporate barbells for more hardcore lifters.
Probably won't try it as my strength results are through the roof on Wendler 5/3/1 but it's nice to see they are branching out to a different group of fitness enthusiasts.

We're finishing up round 1 of ChaLean. We may go through it again, as the workouts are intense but brief. From what I've seen, the P90X workouts just take too long, and it's tough to find the time consistently to do them.

Bumping this back up. After a round of ChaLean (which built muscle but didn't really cut fat for me), I'm going through P90 again. I'm still down about 30lbs from where I started and have kept the weight off, even over the holidays. It feels good to look at pictures and see what a huge difference this has made.

Or just buy it off Amazon. It's not that expensive for the results you get.Sonofanump;1061876 wrote:You are better off finding a friend to burn you the discs.

Thanks. I've done my searching, but, you know... with 30 pages of P90x stuff, perhaps someone here can offer some advice? Hurp.like_that;1061873 wrote:smh. Despite what your rep rating says, you are NOT good at teh internets.
