There usually aren't ratings this early. . . but I've heard great things. Good size and speed. 6'1"-2" I think. . . about 180-190.

WR/S 6'2 185

Scout has 3 star and Rivals has no stars/rankings yet.

Offers from FSU/Miami/OSU/UNC/Tenn.

Nothing new.

I think its between OSU and ND. I don't think Henderson and his family have liked the way things have happened at USC and then Meyer's question marks.

Right now I'd gladly take Moses, Henderson, and Bryant along with possibly squeezing in Hicks/James if they commit. There may be some ways to take 4.

I've read on the boards that Florida is focusing its efforts on Chaz Green; thus, conceding the Henderson battle to ND and OSU.

what about D. Brown? We offered him last week, if he commits, with hendo, Moses, james/hicks, bryant, that's 21 by my book.

Honestly I like brown more for this class than taking hendo and moses (both, taking one or the other would be perfect).

Uhh J, you do know that OSU will be losing 5 OL guys next season (Boren, Browning, Kerr, Miller, Smith). That isn't including possible early departures by Brewster and Shugarts who could have big years.

Then you have Brewster/Shugarts/Adams leaving the next season.

OSU only has Norwell right now, I'd take Henderson/Moses/James over anyone. You saw what solid line play can do for a team.

I agree. . . we are pretty set at skill positions. You can never have enough linemen.

yeah but they have adams, mewhort, hall, linsley, blankenship, and longo, plus norwell and either moses or hendo. plus you would imagine they'd have some in next years class, I'm sure they will be able to solidify the line.

my concern is that we're losing so much in the secondary in the next 2 years and I'm not sold that anyone on the roster can fill the shoes of a coleman, or a hines.

You need more OL depth than any position in football.

OSU is filled with skill players that can play in the secondary. When was the last time OSU had a major problem at the S spots? Secondary is hardly an issue at OSU imo.

Shugarts should not leave. I'm not a fan of his at all.

isn't that a bit of a contradiction?

^Not really. I think he meant that he's not a big fan of Shugarts game yet, hence he shouldn't leave for the draft next year because he isn't good enough.

nice clarification. that's what I meant. I personally think Shugarts is garbage but whatever.

I'm also still waiting for Shugarts to play at the high level I expected when he signed on. However. . . I will never say anything bad about him, because I believe he is one of the major reasons we pulled in a pretty damn good class that year.

He'll be a good one. Injuries are the main reason he hasn't lived up to the hype.

Yeah Shugarts isnt that bad...moves pretty well for his size. He just needs to get stronger up top and needs to cut down on the 3 false starts he commits a game.

who's been the bigger disappointment from that class, Shugarts or Adams?

Brewster has lived up to the hype and then some. He's a damn good center.

Adams easily is the biggest disappointment. He was the first to commit. He has immense talent. I am not yet giving up on him...but to date, he is easly the biggest flop of a stellar recruiting class of Olineman that year.

Adams by far is the biggest disappointment because I thought he could come in from day one and start. Injuries have truly hampered his progress but hopefully he stays healthy this season.

I am not sure you can say too many bad things about our offensive line considering how well they played down the stretch against the best competition on their schedule.
