And arguably the worst Anthem of all time. That was so bad.Mulva;1791726 wrote:Flea has not aged particularly well.

Everybody from Bron, KD, Shaq, Pau, LO, and ended it with Jack. Good stuff.

The Grizzlies starting lineup tonight has to be one of the oldest ever. 29, 34, 36, 37, 39 years old.

Didn't think it could get worse than that National Anthem, but this game is getting there.

Would love to watch Curry play against the championship Pistons teams of the late 80's/early 90's.
That hold by Green on the screen was unmissable ....but also went uncalled

Byron Scott looks horrible in that Lakers video. He's aged 15-20 years since he left the Cavs.

I know you have to "celebrate" it in the moment...but does anyone care about GSW regular season if they don't win the title.
For me, impossible to be an all time team/player without the title that year. If they lose, the whole regular season "title" was for nothing and probably a waste of their energy and time.

Sort of like the Pats during their 18-1 season? I think in the NBA it means a little more. I still "care". Certainly more than the Cavs last game of this season. What if Curry breaks his fucking leg in the opening series, you still feel that way?Laley23;1791742 wrote:I know you have to "celebrate" it in the moment...but does anyone care about GSW regular season if they don't win the title.

This whole thing is just going to seem weird if they lose. That's my main point I guess. Like, it would probably take those players decades before they looked back and weren't dissapointed and could actually view the season as one of the best ever.

Ok, so you're trying to shit on the GSW accomplishments based on a hypothetical? Let it play out first before you go skip bayless please. Come on Laley.Laley23;1791744 wrote:Yeah, I would.

I just found myself on Twitter reading everything. And like I said, I know you have to celebrate it in the moment. But I found myself thinking how weird tonight will feel for GSW and their fans, and the rest of us to some extent, if they lose and don't win a title.

Curry 46 points in 37 min on 24 FG and 8 FT attempts.
Kobe 60 points in 41 min on 50 FG and 12 FT attempts.
Counting 2 FT as a FG attempt, Curry was 1.70 pts/FG attempt, Kobe 1.07. I guess that's a big reason why the Warriors won 73 and the Lakers 17. Home fans were happy in both cases tonight!
