oh you are going to have to provide evidence of this. We have the most capable military in the world.

As for a plan.......that is an utter lie. There were concrete plans on victory and it was achieved. The reason why its a mess in Iraq now is because Obama pulled the troops out to early.

It's a smoke screen cover to deflect from the massive profits($100 million+) in speaking fees that the Clinton's have personally pocketed....
That does not even include the kickback donations those groups made to the nefarious Clinton Foundation.

A war that was to last weeks went on for a decade because of Bush incompetence. A few weeks into the war he announce Mission Accomplished then thousands more American dies and tens of thousands are wounded.
Some examples of them being ill equipped.
Pentagon Study Links Fatalities to Body Armor
A secret Pentagon study has found that as many as 80 percent of the marines who have been killed in Iraq from wounds to the upper body could have survived if they had had extra body armor. Such armor has been available since 2003, but until recently the Pentagon has largely declined to supply it to troops despite calls from the field for additional protection, according to military officials
http://www.nbcnews.com/id/4731185/ns/world_news-brave_new_world/t/frantically-army-tries-armor-humvees/#.VaGWTjJRHIU
FrWhen Hart died in a small-arms ambush in mid-October, the Army had no official plan to “retrofit” most of the 12,000-odd Humvees in Iraq. This in spite of continuing attacks on convoys and complaints from combat units that they were taking unnecessary casualties in the thin-skinned Humvees.
There is no official figure on how many of the 728 U.S. combat deaths might have been prevented by better armor. Yet as attacks on convoys escalate, an increasing number of the deaths and injuries are being sustained in vehicles. That, combined with public pressure from bereaved parents like the Harts and their representatives in Congress, pushed the Army into action. In late March, the Army told its commanders to make “hardening” of their Humvees a priority.antically the Army Tries to Armor Humvees

If it were not for George Bush, those veterans would not have needed the money. He cripples them with his incompetence then makes money off their pain.

gosh a ruddies why do these evil institution grow to exploit our service people
Several consumer advocates interviewed by The Associated Press point to 2002 as the beginning of a dangerous rise of for-profit colleges. That's when an Education Department memo written under President George W. Bush suggested colleges wouldn't be severely penalized if they compensated college recruiters for getting students in the door. The memo became a tacit endorsement for the kinds of high-pressured sales tactics that emerged.
In other words, recruiting regulations were loosened, and the absolutely predictable profiteering and misuse of government funds began in earnest. Don't believe for a minute this is an example of unintended consequences of government programs. ALEC wrote draft legislation supporting the colleges, and lobbyists swarmed the halls of Congress softening up elected officials. Attempts at reform were blocked again and again by Republican members of Congress. This was a money making scheme bought and paid for by the for-profit college industry and its friends.

Bush makes them $2.5 MILLION.... B&H exploit and cut.
gosh a ruddies he wounded them and how did his VA treat them
As of Thursday evening, more than 100 lawmakers were calling on Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric Shinseki to step down. But according to VA inspector general reports and other documents that have gone overlooked in the current firestorm, federal officials knew about the scheme at the heart of the scandal—falsifying VA records to cover up treatment delays—years before Obama became president. VA officials first learned of the problems in 2005, when George W. Bush was entering his second term, and the problems went unfixed for the duration of his presidency.

Nothing even comes close to
Beginning a war on a lie, having no strategy to win that war, sending our troops into combat without the proper equipment to protect themselves
all action producing tens of thousands of casualties.
Then making money off a charity created to help those suffering because of your duplicity, greed and incompetence.

(CNSNews.com) – Fifty-five U.S. servicemen were killed in Afghanistan in 2014, bringing the total number of American fatalities in the 13-year war to 2,232, according to a CNSNews.com database.
Of those 2,232 deaths, 1,663 – 74.5 percent – occurred since President Obama took office on Jan. 20, 2009. The deadliest years for U.S. personnel were 2010, when 495 were killed; 2011, when there were 404 casualties; and 2009 when the death toll was 306.

obama is now cutting the army by another 44,000 troops; he is single-handedly ruining every aspect of this nation.
