Anyone doing something fun? Three of my girlfriends plus a fiancé are heading to Custer, SD Friday-Monday. My friend's future husband is from SD and his family owns cabins in the Black Hills....so we said F it, let's do this. The weather is looking kinda sucky at this point, but I have no doubt we will have a good time. We get to meet his groomsmen, and have a personal tour guide for all our activities. Boop.

I'm jus' gonna stare at my FB wall at all the pics of people looking sad in graveyards with something like "SHARE THIS FOR EVERYONE WHO THINKS MEMORIAL DAY IS A VACATION FOR COOKING OUT AND DRINKING BEER".

Saturday the Belly Family everyone (7 adults and 5 grandkids) are going to the Akron Zoo in the morning, picnic their (wife birthday daughters made the plan), then back home. Leave the kids with a sitter at my house. The adults are going to movie ???? No idea. Here how this works we put in a hat what move we want to see.. 7 potential options, draw one from the hat, everyone has to go to that movie. Guy movie girls pick restaurant for dinner, girl movie guys pick restaurant.

Monday I will go alone to two of my firend grave site who died in Vietnam and to my mother grave who also servied in WWII

Sunday wife and I are going with our Motorcycle Club to some bar in Texas…:)

Probably heading to a few casinos in West Virginia and the Pittsburgh area Friday night/Saturday morning. Nothing else planned for the remaining part of the weekend.

My roommate has a friend from London visiting so we'll be showing him around. It's supposed to be really nice so lots of daytime partying. Sunday I'm seeing the current #1 DJ in the world and I'm expecting the venue to be slammed, but fk it.

My baby boy will be graduating on Saturday. I'll be preparing a taco bar for 200 on Friday/Saturday morning, party's at 1:00 and ceremony is Saturday evening. Sunday and Monday I will be celebrating. I can't believe how happy I really am to get rid of all these kids. ;-)

Going to Philly for a wedding. Not that excited about it, as it is my wife's friends. Any advice on which cheesesteak place to go to?

Didnt you have a kid join the military a few years ago?

I will attend a couple of Memorial Day ceremonies on Monday. Other than that......cookouts and yardwork! Just wish it would be sunny and in the 80s!

Custer is alright. No real issues with it. Black Hills are nice. The drive will suck (for the most part), but you can make the best of it.

There's casinos and such nearby. If you haven't done some of the tourist stuff in SD, do it. Probably no real reason to go back to SD for many people again.

We are actually flying. Plane tickets were a fortune, but we have a free place to stay, don't have to rent a car....and will likely never ever go back again, lol. We are going to check out Mt. Rushmore, and possibly do some hiking if the weather cooperates. I am sure a casino will be in the plans. We are treating in like a quasi-bachelor(ette) party for our friends. We are having one here in Ohio for her, but the groom hasn't lived here long and most of his friends are in SD. So we want to make it fun for him, too.

All of these activities involve copious amounts of alcohol intake before, during and after.

Golf Friday
Golf Saturday
Golf Sunday- Looking forward to this round. Playing a take off of Scotch Doubles. 2 Man teams. Alternating shot off the tee. After the 2nd shot (I played my partners tee ball; he played mine) you pick the best ball and then play a 2 man scramble into the hole.
Cookout at my dads Monday.

Less than zero.

Should be more than 2 women if all goes right. 2 at minimum but I get bored with those 2 so its good to get someone different from time to time. How's marriage?

Flight...nice! Much better. Rapid City, I assume? Easy airport.

I enjoyed Crazy Horse more than Rushmore. Costs less too.

Yep.

I am not picky when it comes to activities. I will do whatever the majority wants.
