Yeah, I could probably find something about it but to be honest it didnt interest me enough to even do so. I just did a wth moment when I heard it during the telecast.

Reds flagship station used to give the % of strikes called by the homeplate umpire at the beginning of every game. It was always fairly interesting i guess!

I had to break this up, Hits. I didn't want you breaking Drarby's record for consecutive posts on a game thread. Carry on.....

Indians blow another sure win with horrible base running, horrible hitting with runners in scoring position, and more timely shit relief pitching, Another series...another lost series.

This team just can't score runs.

They are just wasting playoff caliber starting pitching on a regular basis.

Tito might also need to have the Lou Brown "winning streak" speech with this team. They have been doing the win one/lose one (or many) thing for a long time now it seems.

Well 2011 Detroit Tigers were 25-26 and wound up going 95-67 so it's not over for Cleveland but 12-21 with the division as deep as it is does not bode well. Have to go 79-50 the rest of the way for 91 wins

Absolutely the truth today... And you forgot about horrible bunting:(

So many ways to win this game, and somehow they found a way to lose.

This team just is not getting better.

They only scored in 3 innings the entire series. I would rather score 1 run in 3 innings than 3 runs in 1 inning. In the former situation, you can say that we are just a couple of hits away from having some big innings and coming out of the slump. That is not the case. We barely threaten to score most games.

Wouldn't that be 113?

It was 114.

  1. Start with 50 points.
  2. Add one point for each out recorded, so three points for every complete inning pitched.
  3. Add two points for each inning completed after the fourth.
  4. Add one point for each strikeout.
  5. Subtract two points for each hit allowed.
  6. Subtract four points for each earned run allowed.
  7. Subtract two points for each unearned run allowed.
  8. Subtract one point for each walk.
