Carlos Carrasco(4-2, 4.71) takes to the hill tonite, as the Tribe attempts to win two games in a row. He'll be opposed by Cardinal right hander, Lance Lynn (1-3, 3.82).
It's Kluber (0-5, 5.04)vs. Lackey(2-1, 3.20) in game 2 tomorrow.
Trevor Bauer(2-1, 4.19) takes on Michael Wacha (5-0, 2.09) in the series finale on Thursday.

I concur. Although the Pirates did just get 2/3 from them, which I think was their first lost series of the season. I mean, without Wainwright, they have to come to earth at some point.Ironman92;1728438 wrote:Good fucking luck beating the Cards
Of their three pitchers you have, Wacha is the real deal, but Lackey has to be about due for an implosion (it's the Lackey way) and I've never thought Lynn was particularly good. He can have really good starts and he's a respectable innings-eater, but I don't know, he's always felt more like a good #3 starter than a top of the rotation guy.

The Cardinals have multiple guys with BAs that start with .3xx. Is that allowed? I was under the impression you were allowed only one, which is why our guys let Brantley be the only one.

These 6:10 games are great. The outcome is decided by 7 and I still have the rest of the evening free.

I'm mentioned my contempt for the Indians official Twitter account before but a new low was reached last night. I understand whoever runs this account is not in the best position when the team is losing. They are paid to post things but here we are, after a loss, celebrating our one and only "rally" in the game.

Kluber is very sharp so far. I wish we could give him a nice cushion so he could have a carefree one but he'll need to continue to be good to get his 1st win.

Kluber's no hit bid ended in the 7th.
However, he has 16 strikeouts through 7.

Folks...call you dads. Call your kids. Call your buddies.
Kluber has 18 Ks through 8. He will attempt to tie the record of 20 or set the record of 21 in the 9th.
