I think he is the best, not sure I agree with class by himself. Oden, Durant and Davis are all very close.

Disagree with that article. He's great but not in a class all by himself n

I heard that, but my post was referencing in the third overtime Dickie V asked him if he was referencing analysts favorites and musberger said, "no I'm referencing my friends in the desert."

I remember Musberger, when dickie asked him if he prefers the coaches or media poll and dickie said I prefer the coaches but I'm sure you prefer the journalists and Brent said I prefer the guys in the desert.

And he just quit an undefeated team because he feels people are blaming him for the team's ineligibility.

I mean, it is his fault. However, ultimately a completely scandalous coaching staff continues to be in place...

Yeah that program is so dirty. They're gonna get rocked by violations eventually.

Larry Brown, with his history and this recent stuff, would be fired at virtually every other university for that. But because SMU is a shit school that only knows how to cheat, he continues to be employed. One death penalty didn't deter them from being crooked as fuck, so they'll probably always be shady as long as they're allowed to compete.

So which dumbass NBA franchise is gonna give Cal the 10 year, $120M deal?

Also, I saw that Mike Brown is a potential replacement for UNLV. Just all the lulz.

I could see the Nets doing it out of desperation.

Yeah, they have a crazy Russian billionaire who seems to be getting pissed at not winning, which means some guy is getting an obscene contract and unrealistic expectations next year.

Former Butler big man, Andrew Smith, died today at the age of 25. Lost his battle with cancer.

Sad

That must have been why Xavier had the moment of silence before the game tonight. I was volunteering at a concession stand tonight and heard the announcer say something for a moment of silence, but couldn't hear the beginning.

That's a damn shame.

Kentucky Freshman Isaiah Briscoe is 18 for 54 from the FT line this year. He shot almost 70% in high school. How the hell is this possible?

Calipari doesn't care about having them practice free throws. No different than Memphis when free throws cost them the title in 2008

That's not true at all. In fact, his last few teams have been good FT shooting teams and drastically improved over the season (I believe they were 2nd in the conference in FT shooting last year). This is an isolated thing.

I'll guess his high school games were in smaller arenas with a more shooter friendly closed background, whereas college is completely open with 1000's of fans going nuts
