They are still the most talented team. However, what's amazing is that they have 3 potential first round picks (Bragg, Svi and Diallo) and all are role players.

Thus far it has been a good one in Cincy. Xavier built an early lead via hot shooting from beyond the arc and maintains the lead at intermission.

J.P. Macura is a cross somewhere between Steph Curry and Nick Dials. Dude can put points on the board from anywhere and quick.

On the flip side, J.P Macura is one of the worst paint players in the history of college basketball. He should never be allowed within 25 feet of the basket.

So happy that the kids at Xavier didn't storm the court tonight after that win. I was really worried about that this morning, and glad they acted like they've been there before.

Xavier is a bona fide basketball school. In a year where almost anyone could cut down the nets on the first Monday in April, it would be pretty cool if the Musketeers were to win it all. Had Duke not narrowly escaped the Musketeers in the Elite Eight in 2004, Lionel Chalmers and Romain Sato probably lead Xavier to the national championship game and once there who knows. That was a great team by the time spring rolled around that year.

I really like watching this team.
