Should have kept Kluber in longer.
He was at 107 pitches already. Too early in the season to be stretching his arm out like that going much beyond 100.

They should withhold the game checks of all the relievers that participated in this dumpster fire today. Just totally unacceptable.

The Tigers might as well contract the franchise at this point. They have a sky high payroll and possibly the worst bullpen in the league for the umpteenth year in a row. No one in that organization either seems to notice or care, and it is mind boggling.

For all the money they spend you'd think a reliable bullpen would be higher on the priority list considering the amount of pennants it has cost them in the past 6-8 years.

Our bullpen is horrendous but that is to be expected when you have to operate on a shoe string budget. What the hell is the excuse for the Motor City Kitties?

Agreed. They also shouldn't let them shower after the game, or go home. They should make them practice until they can throw a proper strike.

You're right, a bullpen is EZ. Probably the easiest thing in all of sports to build.

Not much to say here....we threw our best and they beat us.

The game was lost when our pitching walked the #9 hitter, Romine, twice late in the game. You have to make a gfuy like that hit his way on. You most certainly don't want to give them a base runner turning the lineup over.

The Tigers just own the Indians. Hopefully the White Sox and Royals can beat them some this year again, cause we can't.

Moving forward, bullpen has to improve, but as of now, injuries are already creeping up...and to guys you weren't worried about beforehand. Losing Gomes is huge. Brantley with the worst nagging injury in the world and only a matter of time before Bourn goes down.

The frustrating thing about not being able to beat the Tigers is they aren't even that good. This Lobstein guy is a joke and you can tell he's not long for the major leagues. Their bullpen is abysmal and has been for years.

Yet we can't seem to get over the mental block we have when playing them.

I don't understand it.
