Shit's about to get really expensive.
You don't know how true your last sentence is...

Shit does get expensive...diapers are crazy, especially when 9/10 kids can't use cheap brands or they get a rash and you HAVE to have like Pampers, or whatever.

Normal parents truly go through that thought process in their brain when they realize the cost of diapers "well, its just a little pee/wet, bet they can hold off until he/she shits".

Shit is expensive when you are talking babies.

4k video. They do have some that cost that much though and more. I paid about $700 total. Bought an extra battery.

Good ol' cloth diapers. Good for the environment, AND the wallet.

If you must use disposables, look into signing up for diaper panels. Free diapers and you get paid, to boot!

Diapers are not a fucking splurge purchase.

How is it so difficult to follow a simple thread topic?

A harmonica and music instruction book for Mrs. Zunardo a few weeks ago.

We had just seen a blues band the night before, and she got to talking to the singer and harp player about how he learned it, and he said he just decided to pick it up on his own one day. I told her to get on it and get a few song-writing credits also, so I can enjoy my retirement in even greater luxury.

Just spent about $200 on Internet traffic for a side project I'm working on.

We'll see how this goes.

Upgraded the wife's iPad for her upcoming hospital stay. She had a full 16GB one so I got rid of it and bumped it to a 128GB so she can put movies and shit on it

This doesn't really seem like a splurge. Aren't splurges the sorts of things you buy to indulge yourself, despite the price?

It's for my laptop at home when I have it plugged in to a bigger monitor.

Here's a video review that will give you a better sense of scale.
