Very good point...anyone have the answer to this?

^ Scholarships are still up in the air because Willy Mobley left so that freed one up. Keith Wells has been rumored as a possible transfer (I don't think he will though). Chad Hagen a current commit has been looking around supposidly. James Louis a current commit is being recruited very hard by Florida. And who know what other attrition we may have on the team. We will be able to fit in the big studs that are left on the board one way or another.
Washington leaving also frees up a schollie.

Have I missed something? You guys speak of Floyd and Washington as if they are commonly known as being done. I know the rumors flying around, but has anything been stated publicly as fact?

Yeah, I'm kinda lost too, jpake1.

Has Floyd actually committed? Has Washington actually announced that he's leaving?

Floyd hasn't "officially" committed but is a basically a OSU lock.

Neither is a fact. I wouldn't call Floyd a lock either... there is too much time between now and the AA game and young kids can change their mind in a minute.

Washington might as well transfer. He won't see any reasonable play time as Posey/Dane/Carter are all ahead of him and coming back.

Wells isn't transferring.

Doesn't surprise me that Washington is. He got stuck with the Albert Dukes curse.

I'll never figure out why Taurian didn't pan out at OSU. He tore up every spring game and drew a lot of praise from Coach Hazell all the time. Definitely one guy I wish Tressel would have given a chance to play.

He did. Just every time they threw him the ball he dropped it. That's a quick way to lose PT.

I honestly don't remember him being on the field the last 2 years.

Charlie....he had two balls thrown to him in the Navy game, and he dropped both of them. One of those drops would have helped stop some of Navy's momentum but instead it helped build it.

Well that would explain it. The Navy game was the only game I didn't get to watch (out of the state that weekend)

^ Yeah after those dropped balls he was delegated to the second team. If you noticed Duron Carter dropped a couple balls one game and was MIA the next one or two too.
