Although I do believe that guy did pick up a gun and hide it in the back of his pants. Knight has several things going against him. The fact that he confronted these guys at this location after their argument at another location. Then the fact that he backed up into the street and then put it back in drive and drove towards the 2 guys back into the parking lot, instead of down the street and away from them.

Nah, I'm pretty sure this one is the one that does him in. They couldn't get him for Tupac, but this one looks cut and dry.

The back up portion could be argued and probably beaten by a good lawyer. But, as you stated, driving over the 2nd man will do him in. The road was open and he should have taken that route if he didn't wanna end up in jail.

yeah and its not like anyone was shooting at him or even still pointing a gun at him. the guy he killed was walking away, back into the parking lot.
