1.) 18 U.S. Code § 793 – Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information
2.) U.S. Code § 1924 – Unauthorized removal and retention of classified
3.) 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) — Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
4.) 18 U.S. Code § 641 – Public money, property or records
5.) 18 U.S. Code § 1505 – Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees
6.) 18 U.S. Code § 1519 — Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations
7.) 18 U.S. Code § 1031 — Fraud against the United States
18 U.S. Code § 1343 – Fraud by wire, radio or television
18 U.S. Code § 1346 — Definition of “scheme or artifice to defraud”
18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to defraud the United States
8.) 18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to commit a federal offense

If you broke eight laws where would you be and what will the justice system do to you.
Two things need to happen heads needs to roll, government corruption (individuals) needs to be accountable for their action. IRS, Hillary...... and others, once one prison time convicton is anounced the others will start talking.
Federal employee are not above the laws… they work for the Citizen of America

I doubt it. I don't buy for one second they still won't answer to the Administration. And while Obama might prefer Bernie, he needs a Dem to win to secure his legacy. I'll be shocked if Hillary gets so much as a slap on the wrist for this.

The movie "13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi" has officially opened. It will be interesting to see how HRC reacts and is affected by the movie.

My prediction is that we are about to hear some mores lies coming out of her, but then again, she will be moving her lips so it will be par for the course.

Tripp also used the interview to criticize what she says is the news media’s unwillingness to investigate the Clintons. She singled out and thanked Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report, declaring that without him “things would have been very, very different.”
Drudge’s website was the first media outlet to break the Lewinsky scandal after Newsweek sat on the story.
Tripp had unique access to the Clintons because her office was directly adjacent to Hillary’s second floor West Wing office for the entire time she served in the Clinton White House from 1993 to the summer of 1994 with the exception of the first three months of the Clinton administration, when she sat just outside the Oval Office.

Intelligence from a "special access program,” or SAP, is even more sensitive than that designated as "top secret" – as were two emails identified last summer in a random sample pulled from Clinton's private server she used as secretary of state. Access to a SAP is restricted to those with a "need-to-know" because exposure of the intelligence would likely reveal the source, putting a method of intelligence collection -- or a human asset -- at risk. Currently, some 1,340 emails designated “classified” have been found on Clinton’s server, though the Democratic presidential candidate insists the information was not classified at the time.
“There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material,” a former senior law enforcement with decades of experience investigating violations of SAP procedures told Fox News. “It is the most sensitive of the sensitive.”





She is so incredibly unfit and corrupt that it boggles the mind that ANYONE could possible support her campaign.

There is no possible way she stayed out of a federal court on this.

She failed to protect American lives in Benghazi; then lied about it for her political expediency.

She failed to protect American highest level information which leads to loss of American life (again); then she lied about it for her political expediency.


This lying trend started at least 30 years ago in order to advance her political ambitions.


There are 7th graders more qualified than her; and they are not facing indictment and jail time.
