Do they have any equipment that is worth approximately what they owe you? Or are you working the cash register?

Equipment we would all have is worth much, much more than what they would owe but when it all gets turned in when you are done you get charged for any missing items, and no, no cash register!

This isnt one you can just walk away from without ramifications. A contract was signed and must be honored.

Does that not go both ways? If they aren't paying you they aren't honoring the contract.

So, you are going to be paid, correct?

No reason to not show up if you have made a committment, IMO.

Correct. We will get paid.
I will be attending as I know I eventually will get paid and I dont have any qualms about going. Just a few brought it up and wondered how many people would wait over a month to get their paycheck if they worked any other part time job.

My boyfriend just waited over three months to get a paycheck at his job. It was an insanely complicated situation, involving a university, a county council, a city council...who knows what else. Paperwork, grants, payroll issues, etc.

It was a nightmare.

Well someone has to say it.... part time jobs are for poor people.

But yeah I'm probably not going.

if YOU WERE IN Afghanistan and walked away from your job and were captured by Taliban, Obama would trade 5 terrorists to get you back!

Typically takes 2 weeks, and said it could be delayed 2-3 weeks longer than normal.

Working and not getting paid is called volunteering. Wouldn't be going and if i did, i would just sit there and do nothing.

Yeah, they will be fixed, I have no doubts, but the problems started in early December so it has been ongoing for two months.
