You're probably right. This is a issue I have a lot of sympathy with. It's got nothing to do with Manziel being a NFL player. And I recognize there are many anonymous faces that face the same issues. I try to remember them all in my heart and assume they're sincere in their desire to quit - because none of us can ever know what is in another's heart.BR1986FB;1702225 wrote:No disrespect but did you two just fall off a turnip truck? Tiernan's "sympathy" isn't genuine. He'd just assume Manziel die in a dumpster fire. He can't stand him.
And Winston, keep fighting the good fight. Not making light of your situation but Tiernan's hardly sympathetic to this.
Let me repeat...for you...and lhShemp...there is nothing physically...or mentally that Wilson can do better than Manziel. The college stats of the 2 quarterbacks PROVE that. Put Manziel on the Seahawks for the last 3 seasons and Manziel would have won 2 Super Bowls.Uz2Bon36;1702356 wrote:Does winning a super bowl make him better?
I'm sure the drunk who couldn't even remember the names of the plays in the huddle would win 2 SB's. The college stats don't mean anything in the NFL. Running around and throwing jump balls to Evans doesn't translate the to next level.Footwedge;1702383 wrote:Let me repeat...for you...and lhShemp...there is nothing physically...or mentally that Wilson can do better than Manziel. lhShemp. one quarterback completed less than 61% of his passes in 4 years of college...the other completed 69% of his passes in college over 2 years and won the HEISMAN. Now what is this "physical act" that you seem to want to reference? Go....lhslep134;1702343 wrote:We know you're bad at math. Typical response out of you. No surprise there, Mr. Turdy. " But...but... but...He threw jump balls to Mike Evans". You never watched a single play of him in college. Still licking your wounds I see afte rI posted "the numbers" on how stupid Carroll would have been in giving the ball to Lynch I see.Al Bundy;1702385 wrote:I'm sure the drunk who couldn't even remember the names of the plays in the huddle would win 2 SB's. I saw him play plenty in college. They ran a playground offense. If they give the ball to Lynch, they most likely win.Footwedge;1702390 wrote:Typical response out of you. Stop going back to college stats grandpa. This is the NFL, where professional numbers matter. In professional football, Russell Wilson throws the ball more accurately than Johnny Manziel.Footwedge;1702388 wrote:lhShemp. one quarterback completed less than 61% of his passes in 4 years of college...the other completed 69% of his passes in college over 2 years and won the HEISMAN. Well, it worked for his Dion Lewis argument, so....Terry_Tate;1702429 wrote:Using college stats to say players are comparable in the NFL. SMFH.
hen those are the only comparable numbers, then that's what you use. After Manziel plays 3 full seasons as a starter, preferably with a star studded team. then and only then can you compare pro numbers. That's the way it works. Wilson completed less than 61% of his passes in college. He is pretty lucky to play on the team he plays for.Terry_Tate;1702429 wrote:Using college stats to say players are comparable in the NFL. Yeah...it was all Mike Evans. LMAO. Yet another assclown that never watched an A & M game in his life. Take a bow...shit for balls.Tiernan;1702400 wrote:Fuck I hate having to take sides with Ihslep but he's got you by the shorties FW...Manzier stole a Heisman trophy from his own teammate Mike Evans who actually showed what he can do in the pros this year. Johnny Fuckup will go down as the guy that Ryan Leaf says "thanks dude" to.
Based on what? Not the numbers...that's for sure. What is it about 69% versus 61% do you not understand? We won't even talk about the running numbers. Put Manziel on the Seahawks and you have back to back titlesse-alum;1702399 wrote:Russell Wilson does everything 100 times better than Manziel. Stronger arm, smarter runner, can read a defense.
Wilson has no clue on throwing the intermediate route...and because of that, the brilliant Pete Carroll has him throw deep jump balls all day. It works for him. Go ahead and crown Manziel a failure after 7 quarters playing on a shit offense with receivers that dropped everything thrown. Bradshaw threw 24 picks and 6 touchdowns over his first full season. How did that turn out Shemp?lhslep134;1702397 wrote:Stop going back to college stats grandpa. This is the NFL, where professional numbers matter. Did you see any of Manziel's inaccurate passes this year in between your jerking sessions to Manziel A&M pictures? If you didn't, I can assure you Manziel is quite proficient at throwing the ball to his teammates feet. And the green grass around them.
Chimes in the guy who called Carroll's passing play the worst play call in the history of sports...when the stats show that Carroll made the correct play call based on statistics.Laley23;1702432 wrote:Well, it worked for his Dion Lewis argument, so....
1) Who/what is a Shemp? Is that some sort of idol that you worship? Some sort of youtube channel full of Manziel videos you jerk to?Footwedge;1702451 wrote:Bradshaw threw 24 picks and 6 touchdowns over his first full season. How did that turn out Shemp?

2) How did it turn out? Bradshaw turned out to be an extremely mediocre, if not below average, quarterback.
Excellent use of evidence there Stephen Hawking.
This has to be the dumbest thing ever said on here. Wilson won the QB job from the start. Manziel didn't earn a chance until the season was practically over, and he still sucked and got hurt. Wait, that was the Browns management's fault for setting him up for failure right away. Nevermind me. Carry on.Footwedge;1702323 wrote: There is not one thingbWilson can do physically or mentally better than Manziel. Not one.
I posted the numbers...you can believe anything you want to. From a physical skills point...Manziel is superior in running and throwing. My mom could quarterback the Seahawks and win. But go ahead and believe what you want to.friendfromlowry;1702478 wrote:This has to be the dumbest thing ever said on here. Wilson won the QB job from the start. Would you trade manziel for Wilson?Footwedge;1702486 wrote:I posted the numbers...you can believe anything you want to. From a physical skills point...Manziel is superior in running and throwing. My mom could quarterback the Seahawks and win. But go ahead and believe what you want to.
Um, you wouldn't? Manziel was great in college. Wilson wasn't. Numbers speak for themselves.Al Bundy;1702487 wrote:Would you trade manziel for Wilson?
