You see that at times with very demanding coaches in pro sports where players start to tune you out after hearing and going through it year after year. Good fit in college though as you can do that to the players as they are gone in a few years. Not only that, coaches have limited time/contact with college kids. Pros..its 24/7. That being said, I don't think anyone can quesiton Harbaugh as a coach.
