But, and I could be wrong, I dont remember Russia, or the US, going around and doing what ISIS is doing.
We all want to label and put the bad people into groups. I dont know how closely those splinter cells actually work together or if they just take up the name to give themselves instant credibility. Doesnt really matter. At this point they need to be stopped no matter what they want to call themselves.
