I kinda feel bad for the Big 12. They and the SEC West both made the ACC actually look halfway non-sucky.Automatik;1697037 wrote:Was this brought up yet?

I don't at all.
Big 12 supporter were puffing their chests out big time after they got left out of the playoff. Then, aside from TCU, got hammered in the postseason. Oklahoma, preseason #4 LOL.
I'm guilty though, I thought they would be solid this year.

I guess, to clarify, I don't feel bad for them. Just in the sense of "Oh, you guys were worse than the ACC...wow...poor l'il guys..."Automatik;1697044 wrote:I don't at all.

This thread was more to LOL at the Big 12.
But of course thavoice has to drop in with his poor attempts at trolling.

What did I say that was wrong?
I hate the SEC, but what I said was factually correct.

That may be true as well, but not what this thread is about. It is about bowl games. Bowl records.Automatik;1697071 wrote:You're a tool.

B10 came back late and impressed everyone and takes the momentum going forward. This will give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to those voting in the polls next year which is a great thing.
Then add in Harbaugh to that shitty program up north and we have the B10 back into the national spotlight and will be for a long time to come.

SEC West ranked (before the bowl games) teams went 0-5 or otherwise known as the best the SEC has to offer.thavoice;1697061 wrote:and the SEC still had a better winning % than the B10
The B1G did well in the games that featured the high end of the conference while the SEC bombed in those. SEC won some meaningless games with their middle-tier teams... whoopie!

That they did! B10 stood toe to toe with them fucked them up finally. It is gonna get fun in the upcoming years with those two conferences and the rest of them are just pretendersFly4Fun;1697074 wrote:SEC West ranked (before the bowl games) teams went 0-5 or otherwise known as the best the SEC has to offer.

Yeah I'm not sure how that's a 'win' for the SEC. If anything they got absolutely exposed as being average/overrated.Fly4Fun;1697074 wrote:SEC West ranked (before the bowl games) teams went 0-5 or otherwise known as the best the SEC has to offer.

SEC: Top teams bombed; lesser-tier teams won.
B1G: Top teams won; lesser-tier teams bombed.
Better to be 6-5 where your better teams won their games than 7-5 where all your ranked teams get beat and you have to ride the coattails of the bowl accomplishments of your 7-5 and 6-6 squads.
