When there are two lanes capable of going straight, but someone sits in the right lane at the red light. Meanwhile 10 cars behind them could all be turning right on red.

A turn only lane? If it's a straight or turn lane, then QQ more. Going around someone who drives slower than you want to drive isn't a dick move. when someone comments and makes an error, be it grammatical or a word omission, and they correct it by making another comment. Use the damn edit button and edit the original comment. WTF.

This is only a pet peeve of mine when there isnt a car (or only a few) in the left straight lane. I am a person though, who will pull halfway into the intersection to allow you to turn right behind me.
