Happy Thanksgiving to all except for the steelers, bengals, ravens, rapistberger, tiernan, iqqy, and said.

I still think Thanksgiving is the most overrated meal, so I won't be like LBJ in the kitchen.

Doesn't the "Steelers" take care of the Rapistberger criteria?

150th place is for poor people!

Actually..probably pretty good. My best was a 20:29 a few years ago.

Did go out for a pretty good run/workout on Thanksgiving morning. Met up with a former Navy SEAL out at the track and I dont think I did so many lunges and shit in my life. Surprised my legs are falling off today.

My bad. Glossed over it and thought it said 5k. Never ran an 8, but did a 7 a few times. Little harder to pace yourself in those I think. I had always ran 5 and 10's before.
