That's something we haven't had all year with hoyer. Everyone is covered and no pass rush, manziel can make plays with his feet. Hoyer would have had 3 yards at best.

With that being said, lets not get ahead of ourselves.

Nice run by Manziel. He only threw one accurate pass, and got lucky with another going right through a defenders hands, but at least we got some points.

That was refreshing to see, nobody open and a qb that can run.

Lol. That was a pass Noodle arm Hoyer could only dream of making.

Lets see what he does in the 2nd drive. But hoyer has been shitting the bed the last few weeks, so it was time to at least give the kid a shot.

It feels like a dark cloud has finally been lifted from the organization. I feel a sense of optimism that was never here with Brian Hoyer.

Let's see what he does in 3 weeks when the league adjusts (assuming they don't go back to Hoyer). Wouldn't read much into today one way or another. He probably didn't get any first team reps, and the Bills probably didn't spend time preparing for him.

Hoyer can't throw a pass that should've been intercepted?

IF you didn't sense any optimism this year you have fucking issues.

Hoyer's would have been picked because he doesn't have the arm strength to make that throw.

I knew this team was going no where as long as Brian Hoyer was in charge of it. No team on any level he has QB'd has ever won anything. It is what he is.

With Johnny though we have a winner at the helm now. Not a 2nd rate back-up looking to sucker the organization into a ridiculous contract like he and his agent were.

What exactly has Manziel's teams ever won?

Totally agree. But my FB and Twitter blew up about how he's the savior, was just saying lets temper the enthusiasm

Futur hall of famer Johnnie Manziel drives the Browns 75 yards in his very first series. But but, but...he can't read a playbook. Where ya at jshmuck?

Turnover for TD on 50% of his possessions?
