Mark me down as somebody who doesn't give a fuck how late the backup qb stays out two nights before a game. Especially considering he didn't drink that night.

Lol yup. I've read stories where teams would send send women to LT's hotel room the night before a game to keep him up all night. Not only did he let the women in (most likely with drugs), he pwned the next day on the field.

The Vikings were an expansion team in 1960 along with the Dallas Cowboys. Minnesota management drafted Fran Tarkngton, coached by Norm Van Brockln. Van Brocklin had a crowbar up his ass in wanting a prototypical, drop back passer. Despite Tark's play, Van Brocklin told management after a few years either Fran goes or he goes. Tark was shipped off the Giants and he resurrected a proud, but horrible franchise. Enter Kojak to the Browns. My fear is that his stubbornness in old school thinking will force the hand of management to jettison Manziel. It would be deja vu in trading away a future hall of famer.


Today on Kyle and Booms the brilliant and eloquent Chuck Booms called the Browns season "rabbits foot football". LOL. Oh how right he is. The AFC North is NOT loaded with great teams, but teams that have had the fortune of playing the dreadful NFC South AND the woeful AFC south. Mr. McGoo playing quarterback for the Browns has driven through construction sites with wrecking balls falling all around him...and he never gets killed. a caller asked Booms what the Browns record would be if Manziel were the qb this season and without hesitation, he said 9-2...and rightfully so...although 10-1 would not be out of the question.

I seldom watch prime time since TJ and Berman don't do the show. Ron Jaworski popped a load in his pants in detailing the ingenious play schemes in getting receivers wide open for Mr. McGoo and his final drive to the game winning FG. My guess is that both Shanahan and Loggains have nightmares reliving in their heads the dirtballs and air balls that McGoo heaves out there each and every Sunday afternoon. After all, their careers, and the money they make are directly related to how well the offense/quarterback performs. In spite of designing plays that have repeatedly allowed wide open receivers to run wild in the respective secondaries, the quarterback has the WORST COMPLETION PERCENTAGE in the entire NFL. But, but, but...10-4...10-4. LMAO.

You keep harping on many things, but 2 in particular are rather funny.

1. Hoyer's completion percentage is the worst in the NFL
2. Manziel outperformed Hoyer in the preseason in every game.

Right now Hoyer is at 56% completion, which you are correct, is the worst of all "qualifying" QBs this season.
Hoyer's preseason completion percentage was 54.5, so he is slightly better right now than preseason, but right at where we thought he was.

What was Manziel's preseason completion percentage oh Failwedge? 50.8%...that's right, nearly 4 points lower than Hoyer's. So, you are rather incorrect on the "he outplayed Hoyer in all 4 games" especially since you like to pile on the completion percentage stats.

Keep showing how much of a moron you are and keep touting college stats. If you want to tout college stats I would bet that Tebow and Troy Smith were just as good or better college stats than Manziel, and how did they pan out in the NFL? College stats mean nearly zero in the NFL, especially at QB.

Do I think Manziel will be terrible? Absolutely not, he needs time to learn the system and how to play QB effectively in the NFL.

Anyone who understands how the NFL works, especially at the QB position, knows we'd be lucky to be .500 with Manziel, but would probably be worse.

No, moron, you are the one that in the same post that talked about his scrambling and then stated he would get 75+ yards a game. So, you are the one that connected scrambling with rushing yards.
