I don't want to sound cocky, because I try not to get that way with Cleveland teams, but I don't think ATL or WASH can beat the Cavs, even with the current injuries. I won't say it's a "lock" for them to be playing for a championship but I think they will get there.

I'll say it; it's a lock. The Cavs will be playing in the NBA finals.

I would just be happy if the Wizards can win 1 more game to buy some time for Kyrie to heal.
at this point a couple days isn't going to matter. He's re-injured the same thing so many times now that he will just continue to do so. It will take all offseason to heal.

Does it involve not being hire-able by a big 4 firm? Can you tell us more about this splendid life of yours?

Pick, we're on pins and needles here waiting for answers because none of us have lives and only you do.

That's kind of how I feel. In the last 3 games we've played against Atlanta, they've hit 29/71 from three. That's 41% and making almost 10 per game.

No doubt but this isn't the same ATL team the Cavs faced earlier in the year. They have kind of come back down to Earth. They're good but they're not great.

The game slows down in the playoffs, and it doesn't seem to be suitable to Atlanta's style.

Who's going to guard Lebron James? Carroll? They have no one.

Agreed. The Cavs have shown they can score (if they have to although the KI injury could stymie that) or grind out 84-82 wins with defense. Not sure that ATL will be at an advantage with defensive battles in the 80's.

If Jimmy Butler can't guard LeBron, I don't know that there's anyone on the planet that can. The problem is that LeBron shot 40% for the series against the Bulls, 61/153. That's not going to get it done if the Hawks are hitting. Just saying...

Not sure if this has been posted yet but just saw 34% of people polled thought MJ could beat Lebron right now. You would have to be mentally handicapped to think this. Ridiculous.

Doesn't take a doctor to recognize chronic injuries from overuse and re-injuring.

Doesn't take a doctor to recognize that a few days rest can only make it better.

Could be? Not sure I understand the poll.

If it weren't a chronic injury, then you'd be right.

It will be good to rest the knees, potentially improving the condition slightly. However, even Kyrie said that nothing will "heal" the injuries until he stops playing for a few months.

Sucks that Kyrie is hurt, but with him missing time, James not scoring much, Love out..it has forced the other guys to come through and they have.
If someone had told you cav fans before the series that Love was gonna be out, James only score 15 in a game, Irving hurt and miss time and you win it in 6 games I dont think you would have believed it.

Bodes well for the next series I think....if Kyrie can get right.

Never said heal, but rest does help. Not sure why this is even being argued.

Eh, I agree in some aspects, but the players he's comparing JR and Shump to is dumb. JR is more like Gibson than Hughes, in my opinion, and a better defender and all around scorer than Gibson. Irving would be more comparable to Hughes as far as role, and obviously Irving is significantly better than Hughes was lol.

Larry Hughes was rubbish. I do think Z was much better than Mozgov. Booby was good at home but bad on the road.

Cavs are now 4-1 in road games so far. A mark of a champion is one that can win on the road. Most likely the Cavs will not have the 7th game at home over the next 2 series.
