Lebron isn't worthless, but there's no reason Lebron should be averaging less than 35 points a game against the Bulls. He needs to stop being lazy and start going to the basket on every play. Who's going to stop him? Noah? Gasol? Rose? LOL.

NO, NO, NO....Kyrie, in his current state (tendinitis in knee/foot probably worse than they are letting on) is not giving the team anything. He's pretty much just a body out there, right now. I hope he heals quickly but with this short timespan between games, evenif they eliminate CHI in 6 he'll only get a 4 day rest.

Lebron is Lebron. He'll fight through the injuries he has. Kyrie is the biggest concern. If the Cavs have to go back to "LBJ putting the team on his back" they might get to the Finals but that's about it.

I'd say that Lebron is mainly having the sort of games that only SQ could love. Where he fills up the stat sheet, but due to shooting % and/or turnovers, is not particularly efficient. Like, if you look at Sunday's game, on one hand 25-14-8 with the game-winner sounds pretty damn nice, but when you factor in 10-30 shooting and 8 turnovers on top of that, it comes off as an overall "meh" game for a superstar.

Then again, with no Love and a hobbled Kyrie, he probably is getting flashbacks to having guys like Larry Hughes and Mo "it's the playoffs? oh shit oh shit OHSHIT!!!!" Williams as his main back-up.

Heard an interview with LBJ and he's all about efficiency these days and hates the fact that he's chucking up 30 shots in a game. He also went on to say that "it's what my teammates want me to do."

Agree with your "flashbacks" comment. Granted, his supporting cast is much better but even when he won his two rings with the CHeat he had help and didn't have to play "Superman."

It's no secret Lebron isn't playing well. Sure he is filling up the stats sheet but he needs to put the team on his back and stop turning the ball over.

The turnovers are what is concerning to me. The FG%'s in this series are severely skewed, IMO, as we've been without Love, and JR missed the first two games due to suspension and then came off the bench the last two. The lack of shooters on the floor makes it incredibly difficult to finish at the rim. The Bulls have simply packed it in, and our FG% has suffered as a result. I expect JR to start tonight, creating better spacing early on. The Q is going to be rocking (pretty mad I gave my tickets to my buddy, but whatev), and I look for us to come out firing on all cylinders tonight. Can't wait for game time!

I'm kind of hoping that JR starts tonight but I guess Blatt said the reason for keeping Shump in the starting lineup is that once he gets warmed up in the pregame they don't want to sit him, so he goes cold, and the groin tightens up.

Say Jay Williams said Blatt is fired "even if we win the championship" on Mike and Mike. Is he fucking stupid? FFS. We haven't had a championship in infinity years and he thinks we will fire our coach if he wins one? Bullshit. We'd build a goddamn statute of the man holding up Lebron before we fired him after a championship.

Fuck Jay Williams and the media.

Ha, I saw that at the gym this morning. These guys just throw crap against the wall hoping something will stick that they can hang their hat on. Blatt will go or stay on LeBron's word, I'm sure, but I'd be really surprised if LeBron said, yeah, let's get rid of him after one season.

I don't even understand why Blatt would even be on the hot seat.

Blatt shouldn't be on the hot seat. After that crappy start, he took those three guys (Moz/JR/Shump) and blended them into the rotation magnificently. Guy gets a helluva lot less credit than he should.

He's not on the damn hotseat. Just because ESPN wants to talk about it doesn't mean he is on the hotseat.

He shouldn't be on the hot seat but I don't think he's a good coach. That's the thing, does anyone think Kerr wouldn't outcoach the shit out of Blatt?

David Blatt has won championships in Europe, what has Kerr won as a coach?

No Gasol tonight, not that, that should be a surprise, it's well known how soft he is.

Kerr coached a team to the #1 seed, #1 offense, #1 defense. Thats more than Blatt has done in the NBA. Don't GAF what he did in europe, it's as meaning full as his coaching of little league teams. I'd easily take Kerr over Blatt.

You're taking Blatt over Kerr as HC?

Took Blatt all season to know to play Love/Mozgov in the 4th quarter for god's sakes. Tried calling TOs when the team didn't have them, etc......

Both are very good coaches who have coached for less than one full season. Need more than that to answer the question.

What's laughable is you discounting what blatt did overseas.
