There's also a horrible article on Sports Illustrated about it. LeBron said it correctly in the postgame press conference. Players make mistakes, and coaches make mistakes. That's why they're a team. They work together toward a common goal. I'm glad that Blatt isn't so arrogant that he didn't own up to the fact that it may have been a mistake. The media tries to do this to every coach LeBron has played for, and it's not any different in this case. It happened with Mike Brown (even though he obviously sucked), it happened with Spoelstra, and is now happening to Blatt. Yes, he's a rookie coach in the NBA, but has a tremendous resume, and has seemingly (with the support on the best player on the planet) really improved the chemistry of this squad in a very limited amount of time. I HOPE we don't give him the ax, because toward the end of the season it seemed like things were just starting to roll!Footwedge;1728194 wrote:The piling on of Blatt continues with both Bud Shaw's article this morning and Jeff Phelps on the Fan. Yeah he should have been t'd up but it's not one shot plus Bulls position as these 2 guys claim. In The NBA, the offending team keeps possession.
