I'm on record as saying I'd go #1 overall with him. He has it all, especially at the NBA level. Shooting, ball handling, driving, mid-range and most underrated portion...unreal vision and ability to execute a pass from that vision.

He is, IMO, the best pure basketball player in the draft.

I won't say better than Oden, because I think what Oden did and how good he was has been reduced by his following NBA career to the point we forget a lot of his 1 year at OSU. I'm included in that. I don't remember HOW GOOD he was exactly, but know it was good enough that I won't pass judgement on a comparison. He is no doubt better than anyone else to come through though. All the way back to and including Michael Redd.
You don't remember the player that lead us to the national title game and put 25-12 up against Noah and Horford; all with a broken hand?

Oden's pro career was trash but he absolutely was a beast in college.

He's been traded 3 times, but also traded for 3 times.

He's on a non-guaranteed contract, doesn't surprise me. I'd expect if/when we trade Haywood he could be moved multiple times as well.

Reminds me of Alonzo Gee last year, I think he has traded 5 times.

This Cousins/Karl/Kings is such a fiasco. Now rumors flying the owner may fire Karl for wanting Cousins traded. Sports talk this morning said if Cousins is traded the Kings should just fold their franchise entirely.

@SBNationNBA: The NBA will now seed playoff teams 1-8 regardless of division winners: http://t.co/z3jc1porkl http://t.co/Q9caFR8FnS

LONG overdue.

Yep.

I hate the fact that NBA is allowing writes to Tweet the picks before they are announced live. I want to be on twitter for trades/etc. But don't really want to know the selections.

The anticipation value I guess. Its not a huge issue, but I like not knowing who's coming when it's announced, so that I can have a genuine reaction.

Mainly just bitching, to bitch lol.

Agreed. NBA is moving away from traditional BTB bigs, I assume Mudiay goes to Philly.

Also, with LA taking DRuss, I expect them to get Love or Aldridge.

Yeah, if Love goes to the lakers he is looking at another 3-4 years without a playoff appearance.

Kings are taking Willie Trill Caulie-Stein. Cousins has to be gone, right?
