Weird Al is famous for song parodies. Lil Dicky writes original raps that are creative, funny, and well done. Even when the raps aren't funny, he has legitimate talent as a rapper.

I watched a few of his videos and he's not that good. He's simply not that talented of a rapper.
In addition look at the classic rock album thread, many around here have no taste in music.

He's a fast talking Jewish guy and all the white nerds in the Midwest think he's a good rapper.
