Becoming? We ARE international. Remember kyle kempt from Oregon?Al Bundy;1655154 wrote:We are going to destroy a Catholic school this weekend. I can't see St. John's hanging with us. It is also a good game because it gives us more publicity in Canada. We had several kids from Canada try out at our combine this past winter. We truly are becoming an international program.

I have the utmost respect for Massillon Washington and I love their fans and the support they have for their team. There is a school in California that was founded in 1965, four years after Massillon's last national championship, that has won only 7 national titles. That school is Concord de LaSalle High School. Talk about dominance de LaSalle had a 151 game winning streak from 1992 to 2003. During this streak they outscored their opponents 7069-1339, that is an average score of 46.8 to 8.8! Massillon had a state record of 52 games without a loss from 1937-1942. The reord that de LaSalle broke was 72 games. Now that is dominance.

You were the one who thought bringing in kids from Oregon made us international. Unfortunately, the geography program at Massillon isn't as strong as the football program.skank;1655434 wrote:Lol, OK....next thing youll tell me new mexico is to.

De LaSalle isn't doing it against the same level of competition as Massillon. We play the toughest teams in North America on a weekly basis. Claiming de LaSalle is more dominant than Massillon is on the same lines as when people celebrated Mount Union breaking Oklahoma's college unbeaten streak. It is two entirely different levels of football.Rich Perrine;1655437 wrote:I have the utmost respect for Massillon Washington and I love their fans and the support they have for their team. My idea would be to challenge de LaSalle to a home and home series and decide it on the field.

We will play anyone anytime. All you have to do is look at our schedule. DeSalle wants no part of us. They know that we destroyed an out-of-state private school this week and that it would be similar with them. They are a good program for that level of football, but they aren't ready for a program like ours.Rich Perrine;1655838 wrote:My idea would be to challenge de LaSalle to a home and home series and decide it on the field.

May I point out that de LaSalle beat Mater Dei four years during their streak and that Mater Dei is a bigger school and also has two national championships in the last 20 years.

Two national championships do not intimidate us. Canton McKinley has two national championships, and we own them.Rich Perrine;1655967 wrote:May I point out that de LaSalle beat Mater Dei four years during their streak and that Mater Dei is a bigger school and also has two national championships in the last 20 years.

Valdosta, GA blows Massillon away except in the minds of those who think victories won in the 40s, 50s & 60s are somehow still important. NEWSFLASH...they aren't!
