I thought the call should have been upheld

I felt like that it was so close that since it was called a fumble that it would stand. I wasn't complaining though I needed the Broncos to keep the ball and get that TD on the drive.thavoice;1666355 wrote:Yeah, he seems to be wrong alot.
I think the right call was made. Cary mentions how the seam start to move just a little bit. Hell....takes more than that to get the fumble call.

I was at a friend's place drinking and watching the game and thought it was a close call. The minute Mike Carey came on screen to give his view, I knew it would be changed. He's the ultimate Bizarro World ref. Whatever he says is the wrong call. Dude's gotta be one miss away from a messy on-air suicide.

Dude has been trash this year, and further illustrates the point that many of us made over the years...he simply isnt that good.

Game looks bought off....or scripted
Atlanta completely dominates the 1st half, Lions dominate the 2nd. Atlanta runs great plays to get 1st down and could've ran the clock down to about 30 seconds and pinning them down ....but a holding call when running out clock and then a pass that was going nowhere and he dropped it....then allow Detroit to gain 30 on first play?
GW FG to win it to build excitement in England is obviously obvious

What's the rule that takes time off of the clock on the offense...motion under a minute?

Yeah, Stafford and Dalton could be twins. Blah QBs that can look good due to having one amazing receiver.Laley23;1667017 wrote:Id say he is still a bum. Megatron just makes you forget lol.

Don't tell azu that. He will let you know how Dalton is easily worth the 100 mil and isn't carried by his defense, running game, and elite WR at all.Heretic;1667044 wrote:Yeah, Stafford and Dalton could be twins. Blah QBs that can look good due to having one amazing receiver.

Why would a Falcon O-line guy hold on a play designed to run 40 seconds off the clock?
Why would Atlanta run a pass play ( especially the same one they just ran last 3rd down) when they could've ran 40 seconds off the clock?
Why would a d-line guy hold the center as they are engaged in a block on a simple running play?
Detroit should've had around 30 seconds to go about 50 yards with no timeouts.
Great play calls to run clock and get two first downs and all they had to do was run 3 plays and punt. No way that goofy coach has a job with the Falcons at the end of the year.

Sanu has as much talent as about any receiver. Dalton sails a terrible pass over the middle and Sanu robs an interception with a one-handed top 5 play of the day to go for 48 yards after the run.

8 min and 40 sec drive and Baltimore doesn't score lol.
Noted though because a few of those drives can wear down a defense
