Guess you have never experienced your team losing to Tim Tebow in the playoffs.lhslep134;1697725 wrote:That's where we differ. Beating that team with a banged up offense/Peyton didn't change my opinion of the Colts at all; once I saw Peyton miss everybody deeper than 15 yards, I knew that it wouldn't take too much to beat them.
I didn't waver from thinking they were Luck, Vontae, and a bunch of meh.
They didn't have 8 players who played at a pro bowl level that game.Ironman92;1697732 wrote:Guess you have never experienced your team losing to Tim Tebow in the playoffs.
IF Manning was garbage, and he was.....then how can the Broncos with 8 other Pro Bowlers not beat the Colts who only have 3 very good players?....at home
Colts get no credit for Manning being garbage? The Bengals defensive backfield get no credit for beating Manning either?lhslep134;1697736 wrote:The Broncos were an incredibly banged up team. That's not an excuse in the NFL playoffs but it should certainly temper the "8 pro bowlers" argument. They didn't have 8 players who played at a pro bowl level that game.
And you said it yourself: Manning was garbage. Your post undersells the importance of that incredibly important fact.
Why? I can't help that you think the rest of the Colts deserve more credit than I'm giving them.Ironman92;1697739 wrote:I can see lhslep's vein throbbing on his forehead. Lol
I don't agree with much of what else you've said, but the Colts are fortunate to have a young, great QB. Not many in the AFC can say that.Azubuike24;1697724 wrote:I DO think the Colts will win a Super Bowl or two in the next decade. The current crop of elite QB's is really dwindling and you really don't have a subsequent group to take over. It's Luck, Rodgers and everyone else...

See the post after where I said I think the Colts will win a Super Bowl or two. Just not there yet.lhslep134;1697731 wrote:LOL wut?

Seattle opened as a 2.5 point favorite and its now Pats -1. Might as well wait until it hits 1.5 or 2.Uz2Bon36;1697807 wrote:Seattle will win. Guaranteed. Bet early while the odds are practically even.

Yeah, woulda been nice to have blount when Bell got hurt, but the fact of the matter was that Blount was a backup, was pouting and started to walk off the field late in a game when he wasnt getting any snaps.IggyPride00;1697735 wrote:LOL at the Steelers for cutting Blount.
They allow a rapist to start at QB but apparently draw the line at whatever Blout was doing as being detrimental.

He wasn't getting snaps because you guys were running him out of town. All because the team was pissed he got caught with Bell with pot. Not because it was pot, because it was Bell.thavoice;1697933 wrote:Yeah, woulda been nice to have blount when Bell got hurt, but the fact of the matter was that Blount was a backup, was pouting and started to walk off the field late in a game when he wasnt getting any snaps.
He wasnt getting snaps because Bell was doing something that no other steelers RB has ever been able to do in terms of running and receiving. He emerged as a RB that could do it all. Blount got jealous and pouted.lhslep134;1697937 wrote:He wasn't getting snaps because you guys were running him out of town. All because the team was pissed he got caught with Bell with pot.
