I am frequently annoyed by people who are just f'in clueless when it comes to operating a vehicle...and I'm not even talking about texting and driving. The number of a-holes who'll just drive side by side another car at highway speeds (non rush hour situation) is astounding. Things like driving defensively, leaving yourself an out and stay right/pass left???? they must have never heard about it.
