Reds up 2-1 in the 3rd but Simon not looking good again.

Might take 7-8 to win

Simon's bad, bad error played big in the 3rd and 4th runs, then his 3 run gopher ball pretty much finished it. Then CB Bucknor wants to get the game moving faster so he starts giving the slow working lefty strikes.

Yes, I hated to see Skip in the line-up tonight. I'd much rather had Santiago at 2nd, but he's probably in the dog house for not getting the 9th inning sacrifice yesterday. Ludwick not playing 1B is messing up a good platoon vs. lefties. He could be on 1st, Heisey in left, Frazier at his normal 3B, and Negron at 2B.

Heisey isn't a fix in LF at all...but he is a career .412 hitter at Coors with a 1.206 OPS
