LOL.....70 hours of testimony from 60 witnesses and the prosecutor didn't do his job?!? I know it's really hard to grasp sometimes, but it's not the job of the DA to seek an unjust conviction. They're pissed the prosecutor didn't withhold evidence and testimony - which obviously comes out in a trial - to get an indictment to proceed to a trial he would lose.

A grand jury gets to ask questions and request witnesses and evidence. This is about as unbiased a review and fact finding as you can get. 12 people got to look at everything and anything they wanted for this case, and 9 of them said there wasn't enough to go to trial with.

100% agree. however it doesn't really matter. if they withheld evidence to get an indictment, they would have complained evidence was withheld. its lose lose when you have trash like Sharpton, Crump etc leading the charge.

I almost wish Officer Wilson would have answered the question about if he would have done anything different by saying "That's really a question for Michael Brown and if he thinks he should have obeyed my commands and not attacked me".....

Multiple witnesses, including 3 blacks, said Brown was charging Wilson; that should be about all you need to know.

Some "analyst" on CNN just said that when they brought him on and a law enforcement expert to discuss Darren Wilson's account of what happened.

That's just fucking awful. This dude literally just implied that Darren Wilson examined forensic evidence for 6 weeks and then crafted a story based on that. But what nobody called him out on...was that he's implying that Darren Wilson's account IS BASED ON FUCKING FORENSIC EVIDENCE! So yes, I do expect people to buy it.

Did he probably over-inflate some things? Ya. I'm sure it didn't really feel like a 5 year old holding on to Hulk Hogan. But I'm inclined to believe a majority of the story because the other accounts make no sense when you think about law enforcement training. Why would he pull the suspect in through the front window of his car?

The only legit complaint I can see is that once Brown started running away, and Wilson was chasing, why keep firing? Why not go to the taser at that point? The immediate threat of him hitting you is gone. So I would think that you could then resort to non-lethal force to subdue the suspect.

But then again, I've never been through law enforcement training. So I don't know the protocol. Which is why I'm not flipping my shit about this whole thing.

That was the Brown family's lawyer defense regarding the robbery crime MB committed right before this incident. He didn't lay a whooping on the store owner, only shoved him down so that makes his robbery less off than it is made out to be. Oh okay... :huh:

Liberals mad that Darren Wilson did what EVERY defendant does. They act like Wilson can be compelled to testify whenever the DA chooses, while at the same time acting like he didn't have the right to testify at grand jury and the DA threw the indictment by allowing it.
