I crack the whip on about 20 Gen Y & Xers everyday. Not at all. The work is there and they actually have the skills to do it. The thing is, they actually think we hired them to text, take smoke breaks, and collect a paycheck. But asking them to actually earn that money? Why should they? The Boomers handed a living to them for free all their lives.
