Woke up late today 6:30 but that's ok because I have no plans to do anything. Kinda like a free day to screw around...
Made breakfast this morning French toast, fresh raseberries, egg over easy and coffee sat in the breakfast room watching it rain, had the windows open a bit to smell the fresh rain fall. Maybe later today I will go to the food feast, balloon launch and fireworks at Kent state Stark branch for the football hof 2 week kick off events.

Slept for 9 hours, up at 8am, feeling like a fucking boss.

Gonna go for a fasted workout then make a breakfast/lunch feast.
