Amy (I went to school with hundreds of girls with this name
Jennifer (same here)
Melissa/Missy
Susan/Sue/Susie

Robert/Bob/Robbie

Also, girls of my generation were limited to having one of three middle names:

Ann
Marie
Lynn

Seriously, you ask a woman born in the second half of the 50's and 1st half of the 60's what their middle name is, and I swear at least 70% will list one of the above! :)

I always wanted to name my boy (never birthed one) Gordon after my Dad's brother who was killed in a car accident back in the '40's.

Is this really your name? I hate to get personal but our you Jewish? I would imagine if you go into parts of NY and FL you would find a lot of Bernie's, Morty's, Murray's and Ira's. Not so many in Ohio.
