Wiggins re-classifying made it even worse. As a 17-year old, he dominated the Nike Summit, but that was against a weak 2012 class. He then said he was moving up a class that already included Randle, Gordon and many others. Embiid then emerged late in the spring and blew up potential-wise this year.robj55;1630812 wrote:fucking AAU.

I like him as a change of pace off the bench, and he is really good at pressuring the ball.wildcats20;1630813 wrote:Yeah Cole isn't nearly as bad as some make him out to be. He's obviously nothing special, but you don't need anything more than a just above average PG in Miami.

Yup. Basically just needed to be able to guard and get the ball across half court.robj55;1630822 wrote:I like him as a change of pace off the bench, and he is really good at pressuring the ball.

Similarly to how DeShaun Thomas fell. He's a 23 year old tweener who doesn't dribble, pass, or defend especially well.Terry_Tate;1630815 wrote:How is Cleanthony Early still available?

I know it's just 2 games, but he was great against Kentucky this year and Louisville last year. I haven't watched him a lot but he seems like a fairly efficient scorer and could play a nice role as a third scoring option on a team, probably coming off the bench. Knicks don't seem like a good fit for him, but we'll see.Mulva;1630828 wrote:Similarly to how DeShaun Thomas fell. He's a 23 year old tweener who doesn't dribble, pass, or defend especially well.

Philadelphia is building the ultimate wingspan team. Noel, Embiid, Grant, Wroten, MCW, Saric.
Edit: And KJ McDaniels. So freaking long.

Also, still think Deshaun Thomas could be a bench player in the NBA. He is a scoring machine, and since he wouldn't be close to the first option on a team I would think he could be a nice spark to a team playing maybe 10-15 minutes a game. He can score the shit out of the ball from anywhere, so regardless of his weaknesses he can do one thing extremely well so would think that could earn him a spot with a team. He was a chucker at Ohio State because he had to be, but with Sully there he was a stud as the second option.
