This. My fiance is flying in for the weekend (haven't seen her in a month and a half) so we will probably hang out at beach/ pool and drink sat and Sunday. Need to look up what sort of memorial day events are happening on Monday.Heretic;1618880 wrote:There will be drinking.

Friday: jazz in the national garden
Saturday: summerfest in DC. All you can drink beer/wine. Pretty much a beer/wine festival
Sunday: have a cookout
Monday: check out the Memorial Day parade. GFY righteous thavoice

I'm helping my roommate move back up to Phoenix Saturday so we'll go out in Scottsdale at night. On Sunday I think we're going to go to Maya, a day+nightclub with a pool, for an 11 AM Showtek pool party and then celebrate his move with a housewarming kegger after the show.
On Monday I'll probably have to come back to Tucson and start my move since I need to be out by the end of May

We are thinking about maybe getting together with ~30,000 of our friends at Great American Ballpark for the first of a series of Military Appreciation Days at the Reds game on Saturday. It's also the Taste of Cincinnati this weekend so if we go to the game we will probably check out the Taste. Not sure if we will do it though. Lots of yard work to catch up on.

Starting my Memorial Day weekend at lunch tomorrow. Tee time 1:00. Going to the undefeated Cleveland Gladiators game tomorrow night against the defending conference champions Phili Soul. Saturday morning I am playing ball at the Akron Rec with a bunch of people. Saturday evening/night I have a wedding. Sunday and Monday I will be cramming for part 2 of the CPA on the 29th. Fun times. Second holiday in a row I'll be spending away from family and friends, but at least I will be busy for part of the weekend.
