Basically they can agree to terms or a contract, but can't actually sign a contract til the 10th.

I don't know. He's a big family guy and his kids already have a lot of ties in Ohio and live here for a large part of the year. Plus the Cavs are the only Cleveland team I actually hope wins at anything so I've got my fingers crossed

Not sure how to post a link to a tweet. But it's from Tim Reynolds, retweeted by Kyle Rowland. It's a picture of Gilbert's place on the runway saying "Dan Gilbert has a plane. It is here."I tend to believe this one more coming from a certified AP Sports Writer. If someone else can post it, more power to you.
Maybe something really is up and Gilbert's trying to keep it under wraps.

Wojnarowski just confirmed my suspicion that the hold up is the Cavs trying to unload another contract so we can give LeBron the max deal he wants... Hopefully, someone takes Jarrett Jack soon.
